High court rejects appeal by ex-construction minister Nakamura

TOKYO, Japan - Kishiro Nakamura, former construction minister, enters the Tokyo High Court on April 25 to hear the court's ruling on his bribery charges. The high court rejected Nakamura's appeal against his conviction for taking 10 million yen in bribes from an executive of general contractor Kajima Corp.
