TOKYO, Japan - Ko Soda, 33, a sought-after shoe craftsman who graduated from the Taito branch of the Tokyo metropolitan Adachi Career College, makes by hand ''an odd but interesting pair of shoes'' at his workroom on the outskirts of Tokyo.
