Honda ups full-year forecast for 3rd time on domestic, Asia sales

TOKYO, Japan - The government will award this year's Order of Culture to six people -- economist Ryutaro Komiya (top R), aerospace engineer Jiro Kondo (top C), film director Kaneto Shindo (top L), novelist Sonoko Sugimoto (bottom R), Nobel chemical prize laureate Koichi Tanaka (bottom C) and glass-work artist Kyohei Fujita.
