TOKYO, Japan - Dai-Tokyo Fire & Marine Insurance Co. and Chiyoda Fire & Marine Insurance Co. on Sept. 8 announce the outline of the new firm to be set up as a result of their merger next April 1. The new company comprising Dai-Tokyo and Chiyoda, both midsize casualty and automobile insurance companies based in Tokyo, will be called Aioi Insurance Co.
