TOKYO, Japan - The National Railway Workers Union, known as Kokuro, holds an extraordinary meeting in Tokyo on April 26, 2010, to discuss a compromise package to settle a 23-year-long dispute over the dismissal of labor union members during the privatization of Japan National Railways.
