MONTREAL, Canada - Japan's Takeshi Matsuda bursts into joy after winning the silver in the men's 200-meter butterfly at the world championships in Montreal on July 27. Matsuda, who was second from last when he made the 50-meter turn, made a late charge and clocked 1:55.62 in the event won by Pawel Korzeniowski of Poland in 1:55.02.
