YOKOHAMA, Japan - Takashi Usami (R), former vice president of Mitsubishi and former chairman of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus Corp., Tadashi Koshikawa (C), Mitsubishi's former operating officer, and Akio Hanawa, former executive director at Mitsubishi, head for the Yokohama District Court in Yokohama on Dec. 13 to hear the court's ruling on them.
