TOKYO, Japan - National Police Agency (NPA) Director General Setsuo Tanaka (R) on March 4 urges Japan's police chiefs to be aware of their duty and to enforce discipline in their police forces. Tanaka delivered the message to the chiefs of the nation's 47 prefectural police forces who were summoned to an emergency meeting at the NPA in Tokyo.
