Czech works as brewmaster in Noto, Japan

KANAZAWA, Japan - Jiri Kotynek from the Czech Republic, home to the Pilsner Urquell brand of beer, holds a glass of locally brewed beer on July 22, 2014, at the Okunoto Beer Japan Sea Club in Noto, Ishikawa Prefecture, where he serves as a brewmaster. He makes the most of his technical prowess honed in his home country at the brewery run by a welfare facility in the central Japan prefecture facing the Sea of Japan.
