Ex-gov. Hashimoto wins Osaka mayoral election

OSAKA, Japan - Winners of the Osaka mayoral and gubernatorial elections, respectively, former Osaka Gov. Toru Hashimoto (R) and his political ally Ichiro Matsui pose with a cake provided by their supporters in Osaka on the night of Nov. 27, 2011, after their victories in the double election.
