Russians from northern isles off Hokkaido arrive in Japan

Around 60 Russians from islands known as the Northern Territories by Japan and the Southern Kuriles by Russia, arrive at the Japanese port of Nemuro in Hokkaido on May 25, 2017, under a bilateral visa-free exchange program.
