Daisetsuzan mountain ranges in Hokkaido are now at the height of the fall foliage. Under the blue sky on Sept. 16, rowan trees and Gold birches colored mountain surfaces in beautiful autumnal scenery at Mt. Kurodake (1,984 meters). According to the operator of the Kurodake Ropeway, "it is particularly bright in these past several years."Beautiful contrasts of green, red and yellow colors spread on the upper part of Mt.
