Sea otters in coupling bid

OSAKA, Japan - Sea otters Kutan (R), an 11-year-old male, and Pata, a 15-year-old female, swim together at Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan in the city of Osaka on June 12, 2012. The aquarium the same day showed to the general public its attempt at creating a sea otter couple, placing Kutan and two female sea otters, including Pata, in the same enclosure.
