SEOUL, South Korea - South Korea holds a ceremony Sept. 18 at Dorasan Station, just south of the demilitarized zone (DMZ) splitting the Korean Peninsula, to mark the start of reconnecting the Kyongui Line. The line links Seoul to North Korea's northwestern city of Sinuiju via Pyongyang, and an adjacent road.
