Agencies continue to bring aid to Haiyan-hit areas a year on

LEYTE, Philippines - This Oct. 20, 2014, photo shows a number of transitional houses built by the International Organization for Migration in Tacloban City, the capital of the central Philippine province of Leyte, for families displaced by super typhoon Haiyan on Nov. 8, 2013. The site, which contains 86 shelters turned over to families in late September, would be safe from a storm surge similar to that generated by Haiyan.
