CHINA-HEBEI-XIONG'AN-BAIYANGDIAN LAKE-WATER BUS SERVICE (CN)

(230407) -- XIONG'AN, April 7, 2023 (Xinhua) -- Tourist boats sail during the trial operation of the Baiyangdian Lakewater bus service in Xiong'an New Area, north China's Hebei Province, April 7, 2023. The Baiyangdian Lake water bus service is currently in trial operation and will soon be officially launched. The service features 100 vessels powered by liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), which are more cost-efficient and environmentally friendly than oil-fueled boats. Visitors can also take traditional wooden boats which offer an alternative way of touring the Baiyangdian Lake. (Xinhua/Mu Yu)
