Bangkok Asian Games village opened

The athlete village for the 13th Asian Games opens on Dec. 1 at Thammasat University in Bangkok. At the opening ceremony, Jurin Laksanavisit (R), a minister in the prime minister's office, raised the Games' official flag. The Bangkok Games are scheduled Dec. 6-20. Some 9,300 athletes and officials from 41 countries will participate in the games.
