OSAKA, Japan - Khin Maung Latt, chairman of Myanmar Airways International, announces in Osaka City on April 10, 2014, that the airline will launch regular flights between Kansai International Airport in Osaka Prefecture, western Japan, and Yangon, Myanmar, in September 2014.
