STORY: 5.0-magnitude quake hits Yunnan SHOOTING TIME: Dec. 2, 2023 DATELINE: Dec. 2, 2023 LENGTH: 00:00:21 LOCATION: MANGSHI, China CATEGORY: OTHERS SHOTLIST: 1. various of earthquake STORYLINE: A 5.0-magnitude earthquake jolted Mangshi City of Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture in southwest China's Yunnan Province, at 1:36 a.m. Saturday (Beijing Time), according to China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC). The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was monitored at 24.26 degrees north latitude and 98.08 degrees east longitude, the CENC said. The quake was strongly felt in many parts of the province, including Lincang City, Baoshan City and Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture.
