HIROSHIMA, Japan - U.S. Consul General in Osaka and Kobe Patrick Linehan (L) visits Peace Memorial Park in Hiroshima on Non. 3, 2011. Linehan offered flowers at a cenotaph for atomic-bomb victims in the park.
