TOKYO, Japan - Yoichi Kanno of the Yamakiya district of Kawamata, Fukushima Prefecture, northeastern Japan, looks at his Lisianthus cut flowers traded in Tokyo's Ota Market on July 23, 2014, for the first time since the 2011 Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power accident.
