Takayuki Ueno made the two-hector large maze with fellow volunteers who are searching for those still missing in tsunami just in a few days ahead of Japans spring holiday season between late April and early May. Ueno lost his parents and two children in the disaster that killed tens of thousands in Japan but started growing sunflower one year after the tragedy.
