Lotuses on Shinobazu Pond and a teahouse

This photograph taken half way along the approach to Nakanoshima, the same location as in #4665. However, the length of the pine branches indicates that this photograph was taken later. The teahouse was built on a protruding point of Nakanoshima. Ueno Park

Shinobazu Pond is seen from the top of the stone steps at Shinobazuguchi at Toshogu. The bench of the teahouse across the road is visible along with a rickshaw. This is a part of present-day Ueno Zoo.
