Preparatory work to install the fleche on Notre Dame de Paris, Paris, France on August 21, 2023. The reconstruction of the spire of Notre-Dame-de-Paris is progressing. In mid-July, the shaft of the spire was completed and fitted with a blank, before being transported to the cathedral. The shaft of the spire has been completed in the workshop in Briey, Meurthe-et-Moselle. Asselin's carpenters, seconded to the site, played an active role.
