STORY: Typhoon Muifa makes landfall in China's Zhejiang DATELINE: Sept. 14, 2022 LENGTH: 00:00:36 LOCATION: HANGZHOU, China CATEGORY: SOCIETY SHOTLIST: 1. various of typhoon Muifa STORYLINE: Muifa, the 12th typhoon this year, landed in east China's Zhejiang Province on Wednesday. China's national observatory issued a red alert, the most severe warning level. Zhejiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Shandong are expected to experience gales and downpours from Wednesday to Thursday. The National Meteorological Center has advised the aforementioned regions to make emergency preparations for the typhoon and to take precautionary measures against possible geological disasters.
