The modern iconic architecture consists of twin towers that reach a height of about 110 meters. The two inter-connected office blocks have 27 stories and 24 stories above the ground respectively. Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta said at the inaugurating ceremony that the building's design is bold and distinct.
