Writer investigates mystery behind Mori Ogai's German girlfriend

BERLIN, Germany - Photo taken Sept. 25, 2013 in Berlin shows Ichika Rokuso, who wrote books investigating the long-standing mystery behind the German girlfriend of Japanese novelist Mori Ogai (1862-1922). Rokuso, who has lived in Berlin for 25 years, compiled into two books her findings in Germany about Ogai's girlfriend Elise, who is believed to be a model for the protagonist of his tragic novel "Maihime" (The Dancing Girl).
