Woman sends Tohoku relief goods to Syrian refugees

TOKYO, Japan - Photo taken Feb. 14, 2014 shows Maiko Sato, who launched a project to send blankets and clothes that were donated to people in the northeastern Japan region of Tohoku hit by the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake but remain unused to Syrian refugees who have been driven out of their homes by the civil war in the country.
