MAKINOHARA, Japan - Traffic flows on the Tomei Expressway in Makinohara, Shizuoka Prefecture, on Aug. 16 after the completion of work to repair an earthquake-hit section. The expressway was partially closed after a magnitude 6.5 quake hit the region on Aug. 11.
