Former abduction minister Nakai

TOKYO, Japan - Undated file photo shows Hiroshi Nakai, chief of the House of Representatives Budget Committee and former state minister in charge of the issue of North Korea's past abductions of Japanese nationals. Nakai is considering meeting with a senior Pyongyang official in Mongolia on March 17-18, 2012, several government sources said March 15.
