TOKYO, Japan - Roland Hess (2nd from R), head of the escalator and elevator division of Switzerland's Schindler Management Ltd., accompanied by his aide, apologizes to Masaaki Takei, mayor of Tokyo's Minato Ward, during this visit to the ward office on June 13.
