US: Clipper System Dumps Inches Of Snow In Northeast, Travel Disruptions Expected

A fast-moving clipper system brought severe weather to parts of New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Vermont late Wednesday night, February 26. According to the National Weather Service, the storm could drop 1 to 3 inches of wet snow, potentially causing transportation disruptions the following morning.
