FUKUOKA, Japan - Kenya's Martin Mathathi crosses the finish line to win the Fukuoka International Marathon in Fukuoka, southwestern Japan, on Dec. 1, 2013. The Japan-based Mathathi finished in 2 hours, 7 minutes, 16 seconds.
