US: Disaster Emergency Declared As Lake Effect Snow Pummels Erie County, PA 2

An intense lake-effect snow swept through parts of New York and Pennsylvania over the Thanksgiving weekend. Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro declared a state of emergency for Erie County on Saturday, November 30, and activated the National Guard in order to assist with relief efforts in the area.
