Red panda "Meita" confirmed as female

A red panda, called "Meita," is seen at the Chiba Zoological Park in Chiba near Tokyo on Feb. 16, 2017. Meita, who was born in June 2014, was originally thought to be a male, but it was confirmed in January 2017 that she is a female after further testing.
