Fallen metrological observation instrument

Photo taken Aug. 31, 2020, shows a radiosonde, an instrument used for meteorological observation, stuck in a tree on the premises of the Foreign Ministry in Tokyo. It is apparently one of several instruments sent into the air by the Kazusa Environmental Research Center from Tokyo's Shibuya Ward using a balloon.
