Ceremony commemorating 1st Japanese immigrants to Philippines

DAVAO CITY, Philippines - Members of the Japanese community in the southern Philippine island of Mindanao on Aug. 11, 2012, hold a memorial ceremony for the first Japanese immigrants to Davao province. The ceremony was held at a public cemetery in the Mintal village area where some Japanese graves remain.
