5 arrested over Mikasa Foods resale of tainted rice

OSAKA, Japan - Mikasa Foods President Mitsuo Fuyuki (C) arrives at Osaka prefectural police headquarters Feb. 10 after being arrested for allegedly selling pesticide-tainted imported rice as edible between January and August last year.
