MATSUE, Japan - Vice President Mitsuo Matsui (C) and other officials of Chugoku Electric Power Co. bow after the utility revealed it had failed to properly inspect reactors at its Shimane nuclear plant in a press conference in Matsue, Shimane Prefecture, on June 3, 2010. The final report released by the company said it had neglected to perform regular inspections or component replacements at the No. 1 and No. 2 reactors of the plant in Matsue.
