KOBE, Japan - A ceremony marking the completion of a statue of ''Tetsujin 28-go,'' or Iron Man No. 28, is held in Kobe's Nagata Ward in Hyogo Prefecture on Oct. 4, 2009. The iron statue, which is modeled after the character from the ''Tetsujin 28-go'' comic series written by the late Mitsuteru Yokoyama from Kobe, was constructed as part of efforts to help revitalize local areas hardest hit by the 1995 Great Hanshin Earthquake.
