Thailand hosts int'l meeting on 'one village, one product'

CHIANG MAI, Thailand - Morihiko Hiramatsu, former governor of Japan's Oita Prefecture, addresses an international meeting on the 'one village, one product' movement in Chiang Mai Sept. 16.
