A Moscow municipal official said the number of the participants this year broke the records in the past several years. 21 biker clubs took part in the parade, which is also known as the spring motorcycle festival. Moscow imposed traffic restrictions on the city's Garden Ring, where bikers rode one and a half circles and finally gathered at Muzeon park. The festival continued with musical shows, bike tricks and water sports performances. The annual motorcycle festivals usually take place in Moscow in May and September, when a column of motorcyclists passes through the center of the city, marking the opening and closing of the motorcycle season respecti

Along the central alley of the park stand sculptures of important persons of Russia, including Yuri Gagarin, Alexander Pushkin, and Peter the Great among others. Also presented are various famous places of interests in Russia: the Bolshoi Theater, St. Basil's Cathedral, Lake Baikal, Peterhof and many more.
