100,000 tulips in bloom at Hiroshima highland farm

HIROSHIMA, Japan - Visitors marvel at blooming tulips at the Sera Kogen Nojo highland farm in Sera, Hiroshima Prefecture, on April 29. According to farm officials, the color tone of the 100,000 tulips planted last fall has been enhanced by sharp daytime and nighttime temperature differences on the 500-meter-high highland. The tulip festival on the farm will run through May 11.
