ULAN BATOR, Mongolia - Nambariin Enkhabayar (C), the 42-year-old leader of the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party (MPRP), and party members toast on the early morning of July 3 at party headquarters in Ulan Bator to their landslide victory over democratic parties in parliamentary elections on July 2. The MPRP had ruled until 1996 mostly under Soviet patronage.
