Ando to make comeback in Germany

TOKYO, Japan - Photo shows two-time figure skating world champion Miki Ando. The Japan Skating Federation said Sept. 18, 2013, that Ando, who gave birth to a baby girl in April, will make her competitive return to the rink at the Nebelhorn Trophy in Oberstdorf, Germany, after she was named to the field by the German Ice Skating Union.
