QUI NHON, Vietnam - About 40 medical officers from the Japanese Self-Defense Forces, joining members of Japanese nongovernmental groups, attend a ceremony in the Vietnamese port city Qui Nhon on May 31, 2010, to begin medical aid activities for about two weeks under Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama's ''Fraternity Boat'' initiative.
