3 Kokusai Securities execs to step down

TOKYO, Japan - Nobuo Nakazawa, president of Kokusai Securities, bows in apology at a news conference at the Tokyo Stock Exchange on June 19. Kokusai Securities' chairman, vice president and senior managing director will step down June 20 for the second-tier brokerage house having been ordered to suspend operations due to a violation of the Securities and Exchange Law. Nakazawa, however, will remain in office to carry out domestic reforms.
