Tokyo's Setagaya Ward honors 'local hero' Godzilla

TOKYO, Japan - Tokyo's Setagaya Ward Mayor Nobuto Hosaka (R) presents an actor in a "Godzilla" suit with a certificate at Toho Studios in Tokyo on Nov. 3, 2014, the 60th anniversary of Godzilla's screen debut.
