ANDONG, South Korea - ''Noh,'' a kind of classical Japanese theater, is performed for the first time in South Korea on Sept. 26. The performance, held in Andong City, North Kyongsang Province, was part of recent government moves to open the country to Japanese culture. Some 500 local residents and tourists attended the performance, which was organized by a Japan-based civic group to promote bilateral cultural exchanges between the two countries.
