7th monument built for 2011 tsunami victims in northern Japan town

Residents in Onagawa, Miyagi Prefecture, unveil a stone monument dedicated to victims of the 2011 earthquake and tsunami disaster on a hillside in the Nonohama district of the northeastern Japan town on July 19, 2015, an area hit by a tsunami as high as 20 meters.
